4. Account Security

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain

• Arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to guarantee profit from promotional funds
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using bmy888 for money laundering
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bmy888 staff or other players
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or other access controls through VPNs or proxies

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bmy888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, game content licensed for display, software, text, and other materials — is the property of bmy888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bmy888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bmy888 platform without prior written permission from bmy888.

bmy888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bmy888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Termination & Account Closure

bmy888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected
• An account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age
• A duplicate or linked account is identified
• Required KYC documents cannot be verified
• Regulatory requirements mandate account restriction

Upon account closure for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bmy888 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to bmy888's customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Act, or as required, to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, bmy888 is also subject to regulatory oversight and complaint handling procedures maintained by PAGCOR. Players may submit regulatory complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels where applicable.
